Greensboro Power Studios 13th Anniversary: Barefoot & Black Tie Celebration in Greensboro, NC
May 18 2026 | By: Autumn Hollifield
When a business reaches 13 years, it says something. It says community. It says resilience. It says people continue showing up because what you’ve built matters. That’s exactly what filled the room at the Greensboro Power Studios 13th Anniversary “Barefoot & Black Tie” Sole Celebration in Greensboro, North Carolina.
As a Greensboro event photographer, these are the kinds of events I love documenting most. The ones centered around connection, energy, and purpose. From meaningful conversations to laughter around the photo booth, every corner of the evening reflected the welcoming culture Greensboro Power Studios has created over the last thirteen years.
A Celebration Rooted in Community
Hosted in Greensboro, the Barefoot & Black Tie anniversary celebration brought together members, instructors, friends, and supporters for an evening that blended elegance with the laid-back spirit the studio is known for. Guests arrived dressed for the occasion while still embracing the relaxed, grounding atmosphere that makes the studio feel like home.
The event featured:
- A lively photo booth filled with fun moments and candid memories
- A tarot card reader offering by Michelle Manifests insight and conversation throughout the evening
- A raffle benefiting Yoga for Educators
- Plenty of connection, conversation, and celebration among the Greensboro community
- Food by Retos Kitchen
- Beverages by Little Brother Brewing
- Live music by Gate City Jazz Trio
One of the most meaningful parts of the evening was the raffle supporting Yoga for Educators, helping bring wellness and mindfulness resources to teachers who pour so much into others every day. Events with purpose always carry a different kind of energy, and this one was no exception.
Raffle prizes were donated by:
Lululemon, The Tasting Room, Vida Pour Tea, The Tiny Greenhouse, Little Brother Brewing, Tactic Nutrition, MGHN Works, Body Balance Pilates, Celestial Wellness, Homegrounds, Watkins Sydnor, Be Kind Kids, Red Beard Dog Training and Autumn Hollifield Creative.
Corporate and community events are about more than documenting who attended. They are about preserving the feeling of the room. The interactions. The details. The atmosphere. The branding. The people who make an organization what it is.
As an event photographer serving Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, and the surrounding North Carolina Triad, my goal is always to capture authentic moments that tell the story of the event exactly as it unfolded.
