Capturing the 31st Annual Golf “Fore” Reidsville Tournament

Rain may have been in the forecast, but nothing could dampen the spirits at the 31st Annual Golf “Fore” Reidsville Tournament! Held on the lush greens of Oak Hills, this beloved community tradition brought together golfers, sponsors, and supporters for a day filled with friendly competition, camaraderie, and a whole lot of heart.

The tournament has been a staple in the community for over three decades, supporting local initiatives and showcasing the best of Reidsville’s hospitality. This year was no exception, even with the weather adding a bit of extra challenge. Rain showers came and went throughout the day, but players came prepared, thanks to Eden Chiropractic and MGA Marketing, who generously provided umbrellas to keep participants dry between swings.

We also had the incredible support of sponsors who help make this event possible year after year. A special thank you goes to Impex Chevrolet and the Greensboro Grasshoppers for stepping up as key sponsors, ensuring the tournament remained a top-notch experience for everyone involved.

As a photographer, my favorite part of capturing events like this is the energy, the laughter on the course, the high-fives after a great shot, the quiet focus before a putt, and the moments of connection between friends and colleagues. Even in the rain, there were smiles everywhere, proving once again that this tournament is about more than golf. It’s about community.
